Our History
HHB Realty III was formed in 1982 with Elizabeth Hamil and Shirley
Hitch as two of the three originating partners. As a three agent
firm, HHB Realty III was a consistent sales and listing leader in
Blount County, earning numerous awards for outstanding performance
and a reputation for high integrity.
In
1998, HHB Realty III became Realty III, Inc. with the addition of
long-time Blount County Realtors Darrell Tipton and Bill Morton
as partners. To date, the Realty III, Inc. staff has grown to 24
full-time sales associates. Realty III, Inc. sales associates were
chosen based on their very high levels of real estate education,
their outstanding reputations within the community and their abilities
to understand the needs of their clients and customers.
